Are the deisgner items you sell genuine?
At Curated Style Trade we make it our number one priority to ensure the items we consign and sell are 100% authentic.
We have partnered with reputable authentication services Entrupy, LegitGrails and Luxury Authentication Australia to ensure all luxury designer brand items we sell are genuine.
The purchaser will be provided with an Authenticity Certificate from one of the above third parties, if the consignor has not provided any proof of purchase and authenticity.
What condition are your items in?
Curated Style Trade prides themselves on selling items which are in excellent condition. Some items have may have never been worn and are new with or without tags and other items are gently worn.
We have created a rating system applied to each item for sale, to assist with indication of the items condition. We only accept items with a rating of 7 or higher.

7 - Preloved in good condition and may have some signs of wear.
8 - Gently worn / used and in very good condition with some signs of wear.
9 - Gently worn or used once or twice and excellent to near new condition.
10 - Brand new, never worn or used, either with or without tags.

Any minor imperfections noted on the items will be advised on the item listing. Please ensure all listing descriptions are reviewed carefully.

How do I know my size?

We recommend knowing your own size by brand, with the majority of brands we consign providing detailed sizing charts available on their websites. Be a fashion confident shopper and download yourself an international size conversion chart or consult specific brands websites or stores.
Please research and choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selected.

What are your shipping costs?
At Curated Style Trade we only ship Nationally within Australia. All items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will be sent to you once your item has been dispatched. Items with a sale price over $1,000 will be couriered with added insurance.

Standard Shipping - Flat Rate - $15 (Signature on Delivery)

(Delivery times are generally within 2-7 business days, however, may vary depending on your location and volumes of Australia Post).

Express Shipping - Flat Rate - $20 (Signature on Delivery)

(Delivery times are generally within 1-3 business days, however, may vary depending on your location and volumes of Australia Post).

All packages will be sent with a Signature on Delivery requirement. Curated Style Trade will not be held accountable for any parcels that go missing. The purchaser is responsible for the parcel as soon as your item is scanned and lodged at the Post Office for sending.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Postage time is dependent upon your location and Australia Postage services. Curated Style Trade will dispatch your item within 1-3 business days of payment received and provide tracking details once posted.
The purchaser has the option for standard or express shipping via Australia Post at checkout. We cannot be held accountable for any delays that may incur through Australia Post.
How do I purchase via Instagram?
Simply click on the product link via Instagram posts and stories, then follow the prompts to check out through our website.
As we only have one of every item, products often sell quickly. We highly recommend you save your details via Shop Pay for faster check out experience to get that one off item you have your eye on!
