A thorough inspection of each item is undertaken prior to listing with a condition rating code assigned and any flaws noted in the description.

If you find the item you have purchased to be faulty, please contact us via email at info@curatedstyletrade.com.au within 5 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, please return within 7 business days, ensuring you use a reputable postal service and provide tracking information for your return.
